Question 1: Do you accept walk-in customers?
Yes, we do! You are welcomed to drop by anytime at your convenience.
While walk-ins are treated on a first come first serve basis, we will prioritize those attending with an emergency such as facial swelling, severe toothache, or fractures.
Also do bear in mind that waiting time may be longer if there is a prior appointment customer.
Appointment booking is encouraged to ensure we have an allocated time slot just for you.
Question 2: How much does a filling cost?
Fillings start from RM80 depending on the filling material used and size of the cavity.
Question 3: What should I do if I have a toothache?
We treat toothaches urgently even without appointments. Visit us immediately for a thorough examination, which may include an X-Ray, to determine the cause.
Delaying treatment when you are experiencing pain may cause further problems.
If it is out of office hours, you may get over-the-counter pain medication from a local pharmacy for temporary relief. Do not self medicate with antibiotics without a prescription.
Question 4: My dentures have broken, can it be repaired?
Bring in your broken denture to assess if it can be repaired.
Minor repairs such as cracklines, broken parts that can be pieced together easily, or tooth detached from the base can often be done on the same day. You can drop off your broken denture without waiting, and collect it when it is ready.
However, in some cases, an impression may be taken if a model of your teeth is needed for the repair work.
Question 5: What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, QR pay, debit and credit card payments.
We do not currently have any installment plan in place. But we might consider introducing it in the future if there is a need.

We are currently in the process of applying to be the panel clinic for several corporation, and will update across our social media platform and website soon!
Question 7: Do you accept Sarawak Senior Citizen Health Benefit (SCHB)?
We are currently in the application process as a provider for the Sarawak Senior Citizen Health Benefit (SCHB) and will update across all our platforms! Thank you for your patience!
